CTA Brain
Normal
CTA
Anterior circulation: Normal enhancement of bilateral intracranial internal carotid arteries (ICAs), anterior cerebral arteries (ACAs), anterior communicating artery (ACoA) and bilateral middle cerebral arteries (MCAs). No embolic occlusion or aneurysm is identified.
Collateral grading: Multiphase CTA shows ___ collaterals (score __)*.
Posterior circulation and venous structures: Normal enhancement of the vertebral (VA), cerebellar and posterior cerebral arteries (PCA). No embolic occlusion, severe stenosis or aneurysm is identified.
Neck vasculature:
Right-sided neck: Normal enhancement of common, cervical internal/external carotid and vertebral arteries. No severe stenosis or occlusion is identified.
Left-sided neck: Normal enhancement of common, cervical internal/external carotid and vertebral arteries. No severe stenosis or occlusion is identified.
Aortic arch and branches within thorax: Normal aortic arch branching pattern. No severe stenosis or aneurysm is identified.
Venous structures: The major venous sinuses are patent. No abnormal filling defect is detected.
